Delivery Information
All orders are processed within 5 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Note: Shipping times may be longer than normal with potential delays due to a high volume of orders or international/domestic logistics service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Deliveries
The ordered goods should be sent through our partnered logistics channel. Either through bus travel transport service or packaged courier for smaller quantities.
Please check the goods before signing the transport receipt. If found damaged do not take them and please do mark as damaged on the receipt.
International Deliveries
For International Deliveries, we shall send it through airlift courier services which may be a while longer than usual for certain countries.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
